Position Summary

Lincoln Electric Products Co. Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to join its dynamic team. This role is available immediately and provides a significant growth opportunity for the right candidate. It is a full-time, non-exempt position, and the candidate will report directly to the Shift Team Lead and Fabrication Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate a wide variety of metal parts using shear, brake, punch, and bending equipment.
  • Operate a variety of small powered and non-powered hand tools.
  • Collaborate with welders, fabricators, powder coaters, and assemblers to meet production goals.
  • Build equipment with a focus on reliability and efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records, track work status, and manage supply inventory.
  • Interface effectively with quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, and assembly departments.
  • Engage in individual and team-based continuous improvement activities.
  • Display flexibility to perform work in other areas as required and cross-train within the department on various operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols.



Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience fabricating metal parts (steel, copper, aluminum) using shear, punch, and bending equipment in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, bills of material (BOMs), schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine assembly methods and sequences.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
  • Experience working independently or as part of a team as needed.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and measuring devices.
  • Energetic, self-starter, and dependable.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electronic equipment.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Trade school graduate is a plus.
  • Fork Truck certification is a plus.
  • Crane operation certification is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Loud environment: hearing protection required.
  • Standing for most of the shift.
  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs.
