Job Title: CNC Drill Operator
Shift: Friday – Monday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $26–$31/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Sand Springs, OK

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Drill Operator to join our team in Sand Springs. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC drilling machines to manufacture precision parts and components based on technical drawings and specifications. A strong understanding of machining processes, safety procedures, and quality control is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC drilling machines to perform drilling, tapping, and related machining operations
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tight tolerances
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document production data and report any deviations or defects to supervisors

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
