Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Pay: $17–$19/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Position Overview

We’re hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Pryor, OK. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating CNC lathe/mill machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent weekday hours and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a CNC Machine Operator, your daily tasks will include:
• Set up CNC machines (selecting tools, loading programs, adjusting offsets)
• Follow setup sheets to determine machining procedures and sequences
• Install and adjust chucks, collets, tools, gears, and attachments
• Load and unload workpieces manually or with a hoist
• Input and adjust machine commands (speed, feed, coolant flow)
• Monitor operations and report any machine or process errors
• Measure and inspect first-run and sample parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform machining tasks such as drilling, grooving, and turning
• Interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with intermediate CNC operations using blueprints and procedures
• Familiarity with G-Codes and M-Codes
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and basic tools
• Computer literacy related to CNC operations and office software
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to follow instructions—both oral and written
