Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for a well-established machine shop in Joplin, MO. This is a temp-to-hire role with long-term career potential. Upon permanent hire, employees gain access to top-tier insurance and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Pay starts at $16/hr for entry level and increases with experience. Candidates must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

To succeed as a CNC Machine Operator, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Be reliable with a strong work history
• Able to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Prior machine operating experience preferred, but training available for dependable candidates with consistent attendance
