CNC Machine Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain CNC milling machine
• Understand and modify CNC programs
• Deburring and cleaning of machined parts
• Inspect parts for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Pull parts specified on “Shop Order Pull Sheet” from Inventory to WIP
• Read and understand drawings and written and verbal instructions for assemblies
• Assist in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products as required
• Be able to run a lathe and milling machine and other manufacturing machinery

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

• Reading and writing required
• High School Diploma preferred
• Five or more years operating CNC milling machines
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Windows
• Basic CNC programming skills
• Familiarity with simple assembly tools
