CNC Operator / Programmer

What You’ll Do:

• Program and edit CNC machines for production


• Set up jobs and assist operators as needed


• Read blueprints and job specifications


• Troubleshoot machining or programming issues


• Ensure quality and production efficiency


• Support and guide shop employees when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong CNC programming experience required


• Experience with setups and troubleshooting


• Ability to read blueprints and precision measurements


• Leadership mindset and team-oriented


• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
