CNC Machine Operator - Weekend Day Shift (Full-time)

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will contribute to all aspects of production across multiple departments, including laser cutting, press brake operation, part finishing, powder coating, hardware installation, and more. This is a hands-on role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong mechanical mindset. Whether you’re setting up a press brake or deburring finished parts, you’ll play an essential role in delivering precision-made parts to our customers.

What you’ll do

• Learn and perform a range of tasks depending on departmental needs, including:
  • Operating or supporting CNC fiber lasers or press brakes
  • Deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts
  • Powder coating
  • Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware
• Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met
• Move materials and job orders throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to be cross-trained across multiple processes
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• High attention to detail and quality
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10–12 hour shifts
• Forklift experience is a plus
