We are seeking a CNC Machine Specialist & Packaging Engineer to bring expertise in advanced machining and packaging design. This unique role blends high-precision CNC programming and operation with packaging engineering innovation, giving you the chance to own projects from raw material to finished product delivery. What You’ll Do

CNC Programming & Machining

• Program and operate Wire and Sinker EDM machines, including complex 4-axis operations.
• Use MasterCam to develop CNC programs for tooling and multi-material assemblies.
• Machine parts in aluminum, stainless steel, urethane, wood, and other materials.

Tooling & Fixture Design

• Design and fabricate custom tooling, jigs, and fixtures to improve efficiency and reduce setup times.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance quality and productivity.

Packaging Engineering

• Develop and optimize packaging designs that are durable, functional, and cost-efficient.
• Ensure packaging meets all quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Quality & Compliance

• Conduct first article inspections, SPC, and precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, pin gages, and comparators.
• Apply GD&T principles to meet tight tolerances and ISO quality requirements.

• Experience in packaging manufacturing environments.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices.
• Strong background in CNC machining, Wire & Sinker EDM, and MasterCam programming (including 4-axis).
• Knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and ISO quality systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing and fabricating tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
• Skilled in machining a wide variety of materials.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
