CNC Machinist

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a leading manufacturer of precision rubber components, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate CNC machines to manufacture molds and tooling critical to producing high-performance rubber parts.

Pay Rate:  $20 to $25 an hour Depending on Experience with CNC

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce tooling for rubber molding
• Work from blueprints to create precision components
• Inspect and measure finished tools and parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Ensure tight tolerances for molds and dies used in rubber production
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines and tools to ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine tooling design and process
• Experience in rubber or plastics industry
• Knowledge of mold making, insert tooling, or compression/injection molding processes

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (experience with mold making or soft tooling preferred)
• Strong understanding of machining materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
