CNC Machinist

Pay- $18-$20

Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-3:30pm and plan on some Saturday’s from 7a-noon. 
            *Overtime work available*

PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Set up and operate CNC equipment

· Generate CNC programs, if applicable

· Troubleshoot related programs on the manufacturing shop floor.

· Ability to inspect parts per print and make necessary adjustments.

· Make tooling changes and alterations to tool geometry.

· Light maintenance i.e.: oil, grease etc.

· Maintain clean and organized work area

REQUIREMENTS

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints

· Solid understanding of G & M code

· Experience with Mazatrol or Mastercam is a plus

· Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Physical Effort: Work requires standing, stooping, bending, reaching, ability to lift handle and carry trays weighing up to 50lbs.
