Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate both CNC and manual equipment for precision tooling and plastic injection mold production. This role requires strong programming knowledge, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. The CNC Machinist will play a critical role in producing, repairing, and maintaining molds while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision tooling and components.
• Perform setup, programming, and machining of parts to specification.
• Maintain and repair plastic injection molds with efficiency and accuracy.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Keep the tool room clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Use CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or equivalent) for programming and design tasks.
• Build, repair, and maintain plastic injection molds as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC Machinist experience required.
• Proficient with manual tool room machinery.
• High attention to detail with strong commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
• Maintain an organized and safe tool room.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
