CNC Machinist

LSI is hiring a Machinist. This role is for someone who can work independently, perform setups with minimal assistance and is proficient at trouble shooting. 

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines.  


• Tool changes, offsets, and first-piece verification.


• Inspect parts to print using precision measuring tools; work with Quality as needed.


• Troubleshoot and adjust processes to correct issues and maintain consistency.


• Routine machine maintenance and clean/safe work practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years CNC machining experience.


• Setup-capable with minimal assistance (tooling, offsets, basic fixturing/workholding).


• Blueprint reading and ability to hold tolerances; strong attention to detail.
