CNC Machinist

Addison Precision is seeking a CNC Operator to support the production of high-precision aerospace components. This role will operate CNC mills and lathes, monitor part quality, and make basic adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and production standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC mills and lathes producing precision aerospace parts


• Load/unload parts and materials


• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges


• Make basic offsets and machine adjustments as needed


• Read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements


• Monitor tooling, part quality, and machine performance


• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation


• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Prior CNC machine operation experience


• Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes


• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools


• Comfortable working with tight-tolerance components


• Aerospace, medical, or other precision machining experience preferred


• Dependable and quality-focused
