We’re hiring CNC Machinists for our precision machining and prototyping company.
You’ll machine precision components used across energy, automotive, defense, and heavy industrial applications. The parts we produce go into systems ranging from jet turbines to steel mill infrastructure, so the work is varied, technical, and often mission-critical.
This is a high-mix, low-volume environment built around short runs, new prints, prototypes, and custom fabrication, not standing at one machine running the same part every day. You’ll have the opportunity to run jobs from setup through first article and work across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling centers, conventional lathes and those with live tooling.
What makes this role different:
Consistent optional overtime available
Opportunities on 1st and 2nd shift based on preference
Own the job from setup to first article
Interesting, high-mix, low-volume and prototyping work
New and modern 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment
Cross-training opportunities across departments and equipment
Machine across energy, defense, automotive, and heavy industrial applications.
Room for different experience levels
Compensation
$26 - $35 / hr (depending on experience)
Shift differential on 2nd
With optional overtime, make over $80k / yr
Hiring on 1st and 2nd Shift
Typically M - F schedules
Relocation
