CNC Machinist (Mill)

This position will be responsible for providing CNC machine setup on 3-axis and 4-axis Haas and Doosan machining centers, along with operating and performing quality inspection for the machined components.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of our Milling Department.  Duties include:

• Independently be able to set-up 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mill machines


• Work with Quality Control department to produce in-process inspection documents


• Perform 1st article inspection of parts coming off new set-up, teach operators how to inspect


• Strong experience interpreting blueprints, knowledge of GD&T


• Knowledge of cutting tools, along with feeds and speeds


• Maintenance knowledge and abilities helpful, for Haas and Doosan equipment

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining.


• Must be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordingly.


• Basic PC knowledge required, (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)


• Must be able to work in a physical capacity, lifting and moving heavy objects.


• High school diploma required, college or trade school degree beneficial, but not required.


• Mechanical inspection, using bench top tooling, CMM helpful.


• Must have reliable source of transportation to arrive at work.


• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.
