CNC Machinist / Programmer Mastercam

PPS is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer for an established precision manufacturing partner in Solon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned machinist with strong Mastercam programming skills and hands-on experience with Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs).

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC equipment using Mastercam.
• Set up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform complete machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize programs.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tight tolerances.

Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong Mastercam programming experience required.
• Hands-on Horizontal Machining Center experience required.
• Ability to independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement skills.
