We are currently hiring an experienced CNC Machinist Set Up to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tulsa. The ideal CNC Machinist Set Up candidate will have hands-on experience preparing CNC lathes and mills for production, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC mills and lathes based on blueprints and job specifications.
• Load tools, set tool offsets, and adjust feeds/speeds for precision.
• Perform first-article inspections and adjust machines as needed.
• Collaborate with programmers and operators to optimize production.
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces and troubleshoot setup-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in CNC setup (mills and/or lathes).
• Strong ability to read blueprints, setup sheets, and GD&T symbols.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.
• Familiarity with G-code and various CNC control systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
