Maintenance Machinist

We’re looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Machinist to join our manufacturing team. If you’re passionate about precision machining, problem-solving, and working independently to produce high-quality components, this is your opportunity to support products enjoyed by collectors around the world.

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

What You’ll Do
Independently plan, set up, and execute manual machining jobs from concept to completion
Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and verbal instructions to produce precision components
Select appropriate materials, tooling, and machining strategies based on application requirements
Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, and related equipment
Calculate speeds, feeds, tolerances, tapers, and geometric layouts to meet tight specifications
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience as a manual machinist in a manufacturing or job-shop environment
Expert ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Strong knowledge of machining materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and plastics
Advanced shop math and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
