Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Conduct regular maintenance on CNC mills to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and tolerances during production.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials and components.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools and devices.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve manufacturing challenges.

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Proficient with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
