CNC Mill Setup/Operator

We are a market-leading manufacturer of implants, specialty surgical instruments, cutting tools, and delivery systems for the orthopedic, sports medicine, trauma, extremities, and other MedSurg applications. Our Warminster, PA location is currently seeking an experienced CNC Mill Setup/Operator. who has experience in a production environment and possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Setup/ Operate Haas and Chiron milling machines
• Inspect parts per print and in process documentation
• Clear chips and maintain a safe work environment

Experience and Skills

• 1 to 5 years in a machine shop environment
• Proficient use of micrometers, gauging and comparator
• Familiarity with vertical and horizontal machines using 3, 4 and 5 axis
• Skilled blueprint reading

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Proficiency in general math
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
