CNC Setup & Operator – 2nd Shift
📍 Waukegan/Gurnee area
🕒 Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!)
💲 $20–$35/hr (based on experience)
🌐 Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Join our team as a CNC Setup & Operator and take pride in producing high-quality precision parts. You’ll set up and run CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Turning Centers while ensuring every part meets blueprint specifications and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and Swiss Turning Centers

• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, programs, and routers

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Maintain quality assurance records and meet engineering specifications

• Keep equipment running efficiently and support continuous improvement

• Report daily production in ERP system

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5–10 years’ experience setting up/programming CNC milling & turning machines

• 3–5 years’ experience in machining

• Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint interpretation

Preferred:

• Haas or Tsugami machine experience
