Job Description:

We are seeking a CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist to join our team in Pryor, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precision machined parts by setting up and operating CNC mill and lathe machines, maintaining quality and safety standards, and documenting production processes. Key Responsibilities:

· Produce machined parts by operating CNC mill and lathe machines.

· Set up CNC machines: select jaws, set workpieces, change and touch-off tools, inspect inserts, load programs, and adjust tool offsets.

· Review setup process sheets to determine machining sequences and dimensions.

· Install and adjust chucks, tools, attachments, and related components.

· Load and position materials using manual lifting, hoists, or cranes.

· Input machining instructions into control units; adjust speed and feed rates as needed.

· Replace worn cutting tools and monitor tool wear.

· Monitor machine operation and report issues to the setup person or supervisor.

· Measure and verify part dimensions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.

· Perform various machining operations such as turning, grooving, drilling, thread chasing, and knurling.

· Set machining factors (speed, feed, depth of cut) using manual or computerized controls.

· Interpret and follow engineering and manufacturing drawings.

· Use Job Tracker to record quantities and job activity.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety regulations.

· Receive ongoing training and mentorship from senior machinists.
