Responsibilities Include
Maintain the highest quality standards, holding full authority to stop production on any job if quality criteria are not met.
Safely set up, program, and operate CNC machinery, including CNC Mills, Lasers, and Turret Presses.
Perform first-piece inspections and deburr finished parts as required to ensure overall precision.
Perform basic routine maintenance procedures on shop tools and machines.
Learn all aspects of the Fabrication Department and assist in any and all areas within the company on an "as needed" basis.
Train and mentor team members on running parts safely and accurately on CNC machinery.
Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Prior CNC operation experience preferred (minimum 3–5 years of experience preferred for senior/advanced operation and programming capabilities).
Ability to read, comprehend, and work from technical blueprints.
Basic to advanced troubleshooting skills for all CNC equipment.
Solid math skills and a foundational understanding of CNC programming.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
