CNC Machinist

Position Summary

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce precision components according to engineering specifications and quality requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Load materials and perform machine adjustments.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary corrections.
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes.
• Maintain production and quality records.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of machining processes and safety standards.
