CNC Operator - 2nd shift

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our skilled team and help us deliver precision and quality to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & maintain CNC machine to cut, grind, and drill materials. 
• Load and unload materials onto CNC tables using overhead cranes. 
• Download and input programs into CNC controllers. 
• Perform preventive maintenance, monitor coolant/oil levels, and adjust machines to offset wear. 
• Accurately identify materials (stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum). 
• Safely participate in material handling, truck loading/unloading, and general shop duties. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operation experience in an industrial setting. 
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. 
• Knowledge of measuring tools and geometry. 
• Experience with safe overhead crane operation and rigging. 

This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, squat, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate shop equipment throughout the workday.
