Now Hiring: CNC Mill Operators (Second Shift*)

Join our team and help produce high-precision parts for the aerospace and defense industry! We’re hiring full-time CNC Operators who are skilled, dependable, and ready to contribute in a hands-on manufacturing environment.  

*New-hires should plan to work dayshift for up to 90 days for training before transitioning to second shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to create high-quality parts.
• Load and unload materials efficiently.
• Manufacture parts to required specifications and tight tolerances.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Perform basic machine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wearing required PPE.

• Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.
• Solid understanding of machining operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of machining operations preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and good shop math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability..
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.
• Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.

Schedule:

Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
However, new hires should plan to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for up to 90 days during the training period before transitioning to second shift. 

Pay:

• CNC Operator I: $18.50-$23.50/hr
• CNC Operator II: $23.50-$27.50/hr

ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR.
