Job Title: CNC Plasma Programmer
Pay: $25+/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Plasma Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining precise CNC programs to operate plasma cutting tables, ensuring the production of high-quality components. This position requires expertise in metal fabrication, technical drawing interpretation, and a strong command of CAD/CAM and CNC software.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Program CNC plasma cutting tables using CAD/CAM software for precision cutting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programming settings, material usage, and machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production departments to optimize workflow and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in CNC programming or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, OmniWin, or ProNest.
• Strong understanding of CNC languages, including G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and material specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
