Shift:Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled CNC Precision Grinder/CNC Machinist to join a growing team in Owasso. This role is ideal for individuals with a sharp eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently. The CNC Precision Grinder/CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in shaping parts that require exceptional accuracy and cannot be produced using standard equipment.

Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school education or machinist experience preferred
• Previous CNC machining experience is required
• Familiarity with FANUC controls and G-code programming
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for grinding, drilling, milling, and more
• Interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to determine job specs
• Translate instructions into computer commands for CNC operations
• Conduct test runs and quality checks for accuracy
• Load raw materials and monitor full production cycles
• Maintain machinery with daily checks and minor servicing
• Ensure all finished parts meet quality and dimensional standards as a CNC Precision Grinder/CNC Machinist

Preferred Education

• Vocational or technical training in machining or manufacturing technologies
