CNC Press Brake Operator, Precision Sheet Metal Work (Full Time)

Description

Custom Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator shop looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator.  This individual should be able to work independently to set-up and operate press brake machines to bend and form or straighten materials. Set-up and operation of other fabricating machines such as shears, punch press and fiber laser a plus. Must be able to trim, file, grind, de-burr, buff and smooth surfaces, using hand tools or portable power tools.  Production work schedule is full time Monday through Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.  

Requirements

Experience Required:

Fabricator able to work with a variety of materials

Able to read blueprints and accurately measure parts for inspection

Able to produce consistent parts while holding +/- .005 - +/- .010

CNC Press Brake (AMADA) Set / Up and Operator

CNC Press Brake (Bystronic) Set / Up and Operator

Must be willing to perform other duties around the shop, as assigned

Experience Preferred, but not required:

CNC Punch Press Operator

CNC Fiber Laser Operator

CNC Turret Punch Press (STRIPPIT) Set/Up and Operator

Extra Valuable Skills, preferred but not required:

CNC Fiber Laser (Bystronic) Set / Up and Operator

TIG Welding

Painting / Powder Coating

Silkscreening

Hardware Installation

Countersink and Tapping

Machining

Paid time off & Holidays

Schedule: M-F 7 am to 3:30 pm
