CNC Programmer

Position: CNC Programmer

We are seeking a talented and experienced CNC Programmer for a direct hire opportunity with one of our top clients in the advanced manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Espirit, Mastercam, and PartMaker, and experience working with Eurotech, Citizen Swiss, and Feeler Mills machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Espirit, Mastercam, and PartMaker.

• Program CNC machines including Eurotech, Citizen Swiss, and Feeler Mills.

• Develop and refine machining processes to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and part quality.

• Set up CNC lathes and mills as needed to support production runs.

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production managers to resolve machining challenges and improve processes.

• Conduct test runs and make program adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain organized documentation of programs, set-up sheets, and process instructions.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Proven experience in CNC programming with Espirit, Mastercam, and/or PartMaker.

  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, setup, and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Eurotech, Citizen Swiss, and Feeler Mills machines.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T standards.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Preferred:

  • Prior experience programming and supporting Swiss-type lathes (Citizen).

  • Solid understanding of machining best practices and optimization techniques.

  • Background in high-precision manufacturing environments.
