Pay Rate: $25.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Programmer with experience in both mill and lathe operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Fusion 360 and capable of creating efficient, accurate CNC programs to support precision manufacturing processes. This role also involves assisting with basic machine setup to ensure optimal production flow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills and lathes using Autodesk Fusion 360 CAM software
• Interpret blueprints and 3D models to develop machining strategies
• Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds; simulate programs for accuracy
• Assist with basic machine setup, including part loading and tool offsets
• Collaborate with production staff to integrate machining with finishing processes
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Prior experience programming CNC mills and lathes
• Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360
• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and blueprint interpretation
• Basic experience in CNC machine setup
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
