CNC Programmer

1st Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Description:

Write programs for all CNC machines within the facility to include the following.

Mazak Mill 3 plus 1 axis machining.

Conversional and G code.

CNC Lathes 2 axis no live tooling.

Okuma and Fanuc G code programming.

Wire EDM & Plunge EDM.

Fanuc and Makino.

G code and Conversational.

Write programs for the CMM Using PC-Dmis.

Experience using modeling software including Autodesk & NX Experience reading prints and GD&T.

Work with operators to improve existing programs and machine efficiency.

Organize, standardize, and maintain the DNC system.

Work with Manufacturing Engineers to ensure tooling and process improvements are captured.

Education and Certification:

High school diploma or GED

3 Years CNC programming experience to include conversational and G-code

Knowledge of the DNC system

5 Years CNC machining and set-up experience
