Job Description - CNC Programmer (Direct Hire)

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experience CNC Programmer for a 1st shift direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits that begin on day one.

Primary Responsibilities

Programming, Setup, and Operation of CNC machines using Mastercam

Ability to build one-off components to 3D models, not production machining

Collaborate with Design Engineers, Project Leaders, Machinists to develop manufacturable components with an eye for product improvement and potential build issues

Meet customer requirements including project timing, part quality, and delivery

Identify tooling needed to complete machining projects

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of 3D programming experience on Mastercam

Strong problem-solving techniques & communication skills

Able to work individually with little supervision

Ability to read & interpret blueprints
