Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Supervisor to lead programming and machining operations in a precision manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, proven programming ability, and hands-on machining expertise. The ideal CNC Supervisor will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CNC operations, providing direction and support to machinists.
• Perform conversational programming on machines and offline programming using CAM software.
• Program lathes and 5-axis mills for precision manufacturing.
• Generate efficient toolpaths, considering tool selection, speeds, and feeds.
• Set up CNC machines, load tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components to engineering specifications.
• Select and optimize cutting tools for efficiency and quality.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure high-quality output.
• Partner with the quality team to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years CNC programming experience (required).
• Minimum 2 years lead/supervisor experience (required).
• Proven CNC machining and programming skills in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling applications, and quality standards.
