Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wilsonville, OR, for a CNC Swiss Programmer. The CNC Swiss Programmer will develop and execute CNC programs, provide support on set up and operation of CNC Swiss machines to Machinists and Operators, and ensure optimal functionality of machinery. Daily tasks will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, troubleshooting machining issues, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong skills in CNC CAM (Computed Aided Manufacturing) Programming and Programming for Swiss turning machines ideally with Autodesk Fusion 360 Partmaker software.

Experience and or education on Machining and Milling processes

Proficiency in reading and interpreting Technical Drawings and blueprints

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Familiarity with quality control standards and practices in manufacturing

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a production team environment

Degree or relevant vocational training in manufacturing engineering or related field is preferred

Previous experience in a similar machinery is highly desirable but not required.
