CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder - First Shift

We are seeking a full-time, on-site CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder at our Springvale, ME location. The CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder will be responsible for operating and maintaining our grinding equipment to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools. Key responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring production, adjusting parameters, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC grinding machines to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools.


• Set up machines, monitor production, and adjust parameters to ensure optimal performance.


• Perform quality control using precision measuring instruments.


• Maintain accurate production and quality records.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.


• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machines. 1-3 years minimum


• Strong knowledge of tool grinding principles and techniques.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.


• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.


• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.


• High school diploma or equivalent.

Location: Springvale, ME - relocation offered

Salary: From $23/hr and above, commensurate with experience
