What You'll Do

As a Fit Body Boot Camp Trainer, you'll lead dynamic 30-minute high-intensity group workouts that are designed to burn fat, build strength, and boost confidence. Your job is to bring the energy, lead with positivity, and help every client feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, effective, and high-energy workouts for all fitness levels

• Inspire and motivate members with a positive, encouraging coaching style

• Offer personalized modifications and guidance to ensure everyone succeeds

• Foster a strong sense of community and keep the studio clean and welcoming

• Build lasting relationships by engaging with members before and after class

What Were Looking For

We want trainers who don't just show up they show up with purpose and passion.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A genuine passion for fitness and helping others succeed

• High energy, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset

• Experience in group fitness or personal training (preferred but not required)

• A fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) is a plus, but not required

• Reliability, coachability, and a strong work ethic
