Todas nuestras opciones en el menú están hechas con los mejores ingredientes disponibles; productos locales, orgánicos, Sin GMO o ingredientes artificiales. Estamos activamente buscando cocineros que formen parte de nuestro equipo. Nuestros Cocinero se encargan de preparar los alimentos, de acuerdo con las recetas y las normas establecidas en el esfuerzo continuo de la compañia para ofrecer un servicio excepcional.

Responsabilidades:
• Preparar los alimentos de acuerdo a las recetas designadas y normas de calidad
• Mantener la limpieza y cumplir con las normas de higiene de los alimentos en todo momento
• Tener conocimiento del menú y todos los productos alimenticios
• Inspecionar visualmente todos los alimentos enviados de la cocina

Requisitos:

Tener buena ética de trabajo

Ser puntual, organizado y responsable

Mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia en una posición similar

Disponibilidad para trabajar de noche, fines de semana, días feriados y turnos rotativos

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

With some food establishments, there's no telling where they get their ingredients. But at Hearthly Burger in Shrewsbury, NJ, we're committed to use the best ingredients possible. The chicken we serve is the epitome of sustainable, each chicken reduced 3 pounds of greenhouse gasses and 4 pounds of food waste. We use cage-free, hormone and antibiotic free, grown chickens that are fed with the waste from grocery stores. The process of feeding them reduces carbon emissions while also combating food waste. Our milk shakes are organic, and our beef is grass-fed and raised on pastures.

Our meat, produce and cheeses are all provided by farmers we trust. When you bite into your burger or chicken sandwich, you'll experience a combination of flavors and ingredients that made their way from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, Rhode Island, Upstate New York and Brooklyn. We also use a special custom blend of beef that's butchered and ground at The Butchers Block in Long Branch, NJ. It consists of ribeye, fillet and chuck.

We do everything we can to protect Mother Earth. Almost everything that comes out of our kitchen has been made with sustainably farmed ingredients. Plus, we serve our food on compostable products.
