Our Cocktail Servers provide attentive, personalized service by presenting and serving cocktails, beverages, and menu items while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. They maintain strong knowledge of the beverage menu, anticipate guest needs, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service.

Location: St. Elmo Steak House

What you will do:

• 
  

  Deliver attentive, personalized table service by guiding guests through the menu, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings.

  Maintain detailed knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations that enhance the dining experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure accurate order entry, proper pacing of courses, and timely, polished presentation of food and beverages.

  
  


• 
  

  Anticipate guest needs and uphold fine dining service standards, including table maintenance, professional communication, and resolving guest requests to ensure an exceptional experience.

  
  

What you will bring: 

• Minimum 1- year of high-volume Serving experience required


• Experience in upscale dining preferred
