Cocktail Server Polo Lounge

Description

The Windsor Court seeks a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a cocktail server. As a Polo Lounge Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression by maintaining a professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude while fulfilling guests' needs.

Responsibilities:- Take and fulfill guest beverage requests in a timely and accurate manner- Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner- Responsible for maintaining high product knowledge- Bus tables as necessary- Maintain cleanliness of all Polo Lounge and surrounding areas- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures- Ensures tips are reported correctly for tax processing- Attempts to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as discontinuing alcohol service and notifying management of potential problem(s)- Ensure compliance with state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a server or in a similar role

- One year Bartender/Server in a luxury setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
