We are a local business that has been operating in the islands for 40 years and employ over 160 employees.  The Art Source, Inc. is the parent company to our three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene.  Our core competency as a business is local manufacturing of customizable products.  We make all the products in our factory on the west side of Oahu in Kapolei and we sell to our customers through our various retail locations on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. We are currently hiring for our CocoNene brand.  We sell home decor and personalized gifts & souvenirs. We want CocoNene to be known for our high quality, unique, locally made products as well as the friendly, knowledgeable staff who make each guest feel welcomed and happy when they are in our store.  We are looking for positive, driven, upbeat, & people-centric Sales Associates. This means providing unmatched customer service, selling our fun, unique and Hawaii-made gifts/souvenirs to visitors from all over the world and imparting our own unique Hawaii stories with guests. Pay is $20.00-$23.00 per hour (base plus sales incentives).  Full-time employees are eligible for full benefits that include: medical insurance, 401k, paid time off and an employee discount (25% across all sister brands). Responsibilities:

- Represent the CocoNene brand - sharing our story, brand & products

- Assist guests with shopping experience

- Hit monthly individual sales goals

- Maintain shop cleanliness & look of the store

- Open/close the store

- Assist in inventory count and store replenishment

- Cash handling, operating point of sale programs

Status and Schedule:

- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
