We are a local business that has been operating in the islands for over 39 years and employs over 160 people.  The Art Source, Inc. is the parent company to our three sister brands - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene.  Our core competency as a business is local manufacturing of customizable products.  We make all the products in our factory on the west side of Oahu in Kapolei and we sell to our customers through our various retail locations on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. We are currently hiring for our CocoNene brand.  We sell home decor and personalized gifts & souvenirs. We want CocoNene to be known for our high quality, unique, locally made products as well as the friendly, knowledgeable staff who make each guest feel welcomed and happy when they are in our store.  We are looking for a full-time positive, driven, upbeat, & people-centric Store Manager for our Shops at Wailea location. This means providing unmatched customer service, selling our fun, unique and Hawaii-made gifts/souvenirs to visitors from all over the world, imparting our own unique Hawaii stories with clients and helping to lead & grow the team and store performance. Pay is $50,000 (salary) with the opportunity to earn monthly incentives.  Full-time employees are eligible for full benefits that include: medical insurance, 401k, paid time off and an employee discount (25% across all sister brands). Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Excellent Customer service/care

- Meeting sales and operational goals

- Hiring/training/mentoring a knowledgeable & guest-focused staff

- Daily store operations

- Maintaining a beautiful and inviting store 

Here is what we are looking for in candidates:

- 2+ years experience in customer service and retail 

- Experience in management/supervisory role 

- Experience in inventory management 

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Must love Hawai'i! Appreciates locally owned business and locally made products

- Loves people, has an outgoing & personable, positive attitude

- Thoughtful, active listener, empathetic

- Dependable

- Curious and creative

- Continuous improvement & performance-based mindsets, driven to grow sales

- High school graduate or equivalent

Status and Schedule:

- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
