What You’ll Do as a Coffee Sales Manager:

• Lead the Experience: Run daily operations at a high-traffic Cometeer kiosk and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and motivate Brand Ambassadors to deliver world-class demos and hit ambitious sales goals.
• Drive Performance: Manage scheduling, inventory, and performance tracking, with a laser focus on subscriber growth.
• Grow the Business: Convert walk-ups into long-term members and build a loyal customer base from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For: A people-first leader with a passion for performance and a love for great coffee.

• Sales training and sales management experience
• Experience in direct sales, field sales, or team leadership
• Strength in coaching, performance management, and motivating a team
• Operational know-how in scheduling and inventory
• Comfort in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Availability on weekends and holidays

Perks & Compensation:

• Base Salary: $65,000/year
• Commissions + Bonuses: High earning potential tied to performance

Must be able to: Lift and move up to 50 lbs & Work in a stationary position for extended periods of time (standing and sitting)
