Education and Experience:

· Experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a café, boutique restaurant, or luxury hospitality setting. 

· Knowledge of specialty coffee, pastries, and breakfast/lunch service.

· Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
