Co-Founder / CPO (Remote)

Must-have experience:

● You have extensive product experience in SaaS for SMBs
● You have 8+ years of product experience, both in an individual PM role as well as managing a team.
● You can personally deliver high quality product, but you also master the strategic product direction setting for an entire organization.
● You have a customer-first mindset and love discovering user problems and how to solve them in a way that allows monetization.
● You have experience working with internal and external stakeholders to determine the most impactful features.
● You have personally recruited and built high performing teams
● You are based in Lisbon or willing to relocate immediately to Lisbon
● You are decisive and have a track record of moving fast.
● You thrive in an early stage startup environment - meaning you embrace uncertainty and take ownership.
Nice to have:
● Experience in restaurant tech / food delivery tech
● You have been in a product management role at an early stage startup.
● You have previous VP of Product / CPO experience
Responsibilities:
● Take over full product responsibility, both strategic vision and day-to-day supervision of ~10 person product & engineering team,
currently organized in one development and one AI pod
● Take on customer discovery so that the features match user needs and create a stickier product experience for our restaurants
● Improve the company’s product market-fit by ensuring the team delivers high-quality features that solve real user issues.
● Drive product and operational quality and excellence all while remaining conscious of the company’s burn rate
