Role Description:
As a Co-Founder/Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will play a pivotal role in launching and leading a new portfolio company within the tourism industry. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to not only shape a startup from the ground up but also to set strategic directions and oversee its operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the business model in alignment with market needs and potential.
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategy.
- Build and manage a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence.
- Secure funding and manage investor relations to support business growth.
- Spearhead product development and innovation, ensuring alignment with customer demands and industry trends.
- Establish and expand the company's presence in the market through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in entrepreneurship, ideally within the tourism or related sectors.
- Strong business acumen and ability to transform concepts into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
- Robust network in the tourism industry and access to potential investors.
- Experience in securing funding for new ventures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English is a must, German/Portugues/Spanish is a plusWhat We Offer:
