You will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and convert them into paying clients. Your ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.


• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.


• Overcoming Objections: Effectively address customer objections and concerns to drive sales.


• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of arrivia's travel products and services to effectively position them to customers.


• Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in a sales role, preferably with cold calling experience.


• Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus generous commission and bonus structure.


• First-Year Earnings: $60,000 with potential to exceed $90,000 in your second year.  Base of $15/hour plus unlimited commissions.
