Basic Job Description:

• Handle daily produce deliveries
• Take cold prep items (e.g., lettuce) from delivery to ready-to-eat (wash, prep, store)
• Follow recipe cards to assemble cold prep menu items
• Facilitate a clean and sanitary food prep work area
• Independently perform all duties in an efficient manner
• Must be 16 years of age or older
