Cold Prep Specialist are responsible for but not limited to preparing salads, fruit, wraps, and bulk produce while maintaining Chick-fil-A and North Carolina standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and consistency. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Cold Prep Specialist Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh salads, wraps, fruit, and bulk produce according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store fresh produce
- Chop, portion, and prepare fruit and vegetables
- Prepare bulk produce mixes and other fresh food items
- Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure proper food safety standards are maintained
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
- Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards
- Label, date, rotate, and store prepared food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain an organized and properly stocked prep area
- Keep prep equipment, work surfaces, and surrounding areas clean and sanitary
- Complete opening and closing prep responsibilities as assigned
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes
- Assist with other Back of House responsibilities as needed
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
