Job Description

Join our team at Strategic Sight Consulting LLC for an opportunity as a Collect Exploitable Materials (CEM) Manager responsible for maintaining supply chain custody of material for research, development, and technical engineering (RDT&E) efforts, across multiple locations for CONUS/OCONUS operations.

The esteemed candidate will organize the storage and distribution of small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) CEM across multiple geographical combatant commands (GCCs) in direct support of forensics analyses, across multiple modalities.

Responsibilities and Background

• Oversee the supply chain process, ensuring the safeguard and/or dissemination of CEM to key stakeholders, as required.


• Coordinate the storage, transportation, and work with customers to meet delivery schedules.


• Maintain an accurate inventory and storage system, tracking CEM in a given area of responsibility.


• Maintain communication between stakeholders and in-theater laboratories, directing the flow and synchronizing requirements for CEM.


• Set up and maintain schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.


• Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods.


• Coordinate CEM shipment between several logistic storage points and maintain records for audits.


• Write, edit, and update policy memos, comments on proposed policies, fact sheets, legislative drafts, materials for legislative hearings, and other policy and advocacy documents.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.


• Minimum Bachelor’s degree


• 5+ years of CEM recognition, and


• Great CEM recognition skills.


• Familiarity with inventory management systems and methodologies.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.


• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Exemplary project management skills with a high degree of accountability and organization.


• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.


• Extreme attention to detail; takes pride in and ownership of work, and can manage projects from concept through launch with very little supervision.


• Must work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and delivering superior results.


• Proven ability to work within tight timelines with high-quality output.
